Clinical Supervision for LMFTAs in NC and MFT Residents in VA
Supervision that Grows with You
Every clinician’s schedule, caseload, and learning style are a little different.
For that reason, supervision is offered in three structured tracks so Associates can choose the level of consultation and pace of supervision hours that best fits their needs.
Steady Track
(Online Group Supervision Only)
1.5 hours per month
Fee: $125
Some clinicians prefer a slower, steady rhythm of supervision while they build experience with their caseload. The Steady Track offers a consistent monthly space to talk through clinical questions, explore difficult cases, and receive thoughtful consultation.
It’s a good fit for clinicians who want reliable support while accumulating supervision hours at a gradual pace.
Momentum Track
⭐Most common choice
(Online Group Supervision Only)
8 hours per month
Fee: $350
For clinicians who prefer more frequent consultation and a stronger sense of continuity with their supervision group.
Meeting weekly allows cases to be followed over time, which often leads to deeper clinical thinking and more meaningful discussion. This track also allows supervision hours to accumulate more steadily and ensures that Associates receive 125 hours of supervision within an 18-month period.
For many clinicians, this rhythm strikes a comfortable balance between steady support and forward momentum.
Trauma-Focused Track
(Online Group + Individual Supervision)
8 hours per month
Fee: $450
Group Supervision 3x/month
Individual Supervision 1x/month
This track is designed for clinicians who want consistent consultation, individual guidance, and a deeper focus on trauma-informed work.
In addition to group supervision, Associates receive monthly individual supervision, allowing space for more detailed case conceptualization, ethical considerations, and clinical decision-making.
This track ensures 125 hours of supervision within an 18-month period and includes a strong emphasis on trauma-informed therapeutic models, case conceptualization, and practical interventions.
Participants also receive access to a Trauma Resource Library, which includes a collection of my most frequently used trauma interventions as well as select training materials drawn from my trauma-focused teachings.
For clinicians who work frequently with trauma—or who simply want to deepen their clinical thinking in this area—this track provides a richer level of support and consultation.
